It's hot and humid in Dubai and so you need air conditioning.
Thankfully most places you go have air conditioning. This certainly applies to hotels, shopping centres, etc. Most domestic units seem to have air conditioning units too.
Tourist buses and taxis have air conditioning.
Several times I had trouble taking photos because my camera lens fogged up.
On most days that we were in Dubai (June), the maximum temperature was over 35C.
